Regular order items: If the item you ordered is in stock or just needs finishing we will arrange shipping within 1-6 working days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking link in order for you to keep track of your item.

Made to order
What does it mean if a product is described as 'Made To Order'?
All our jewellery pieces are handmade in limited runs, therefore we don’t always hold stock of every item in our studio.
Made to Order items such as bespoke signet rings or more elaborate designs will be made especially for you and therefore require some time to produce.
Made to Order items are marked as such in the product description; usually this means that it will take between 5 - 20 working days to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece.
We will make sure to keep you updated on the production progress of your piece.

Tracking your order
Most orders will be shipped with either Royal Mail, Austrian Post or DHL Express.
Each shipping service has they own website for tracking orders.

Please note that with Royal Mail and Austrian Post not all destinations are included in door-to-door delivery tracking.

Import duty and taxes
The customs office of the parcel's destination country may impose customs fees, taxes, import duties or other charges on the items ordered via international shipping. All these charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient and are required to be settled with the local customs office in order for your item to be processed and delivered.
Once your order arrives, customs office will get in touch directly to arrange for any charges to be settled.
SMITH/GREY has no control over any customs charges and can not be held responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by customs offices. For detailed information it is advised to contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Packaging
Your order will arrive in branded boxes. We use stiff and secure packaging to make sure your order will arrive in perfect condition.
