AUTUMN/WINTER COLLECTION HAS LAUNCHED AT COLETTE

As one of the first to launch our Autumn/Winter collection 'RADIUS TALES' we are happy to announce the arrival of brand new SMITH/GREY jewellery at COLETTE, Paris' best concept store and favourite hang out place of ours.

Go and see our pieces on display, grab a bite at their Water Bar and enjoy the sights of Paris.

Nothing, absolutely nothing excites us more than seeing our collections come to live through images, press covers and - ultimately - YOU wearing them. Because what is jewellery without a person wearing it, right? It gets even more exciting when we see the first press features of a brand new collection flying in! So it happens with RADIUS TALES, our Autumn/Winter collection which has only slightly seen the light of day until now.

So here we are, with a lovely preview of RADIUS TALES, a collection solely based on circles and solely executed in earrings because, you know, that's what we love! This is SMITH/GREY jewellery as reduced as it gets my darlings, so enjoy this first preview and stay tuned for more.

Inspiration is everything, isn't it?

For us creatives it is the starting point for all our creations and outcomes. Inspiration can hit you from all kinds of directions, at day, during night, mostly when you don't expect it. All those images, books you read, interviews you hear, conversations you have, will leave a trace inside of you and might materialise into a new piece of work one day.

S/S 15 has arrived!

Say hello to
'The Architecture of Things'

The time has finally come. Our S/S15 collection has landed!

As some of you might know, our Creative Director Birgit worked in Architecture until finding her calling in jewellery and co-founding SMITH/GREY with Sofus. Whilst being fully immersed in the jewellery design realm, she keeps a keen eye on the architecture world every now and then and loves to look through books and magazines that feature the beautiful plan drawings and sketches of famous architects.

This is why this new collection was initially inspired by architectural drawings, you can see some examples further down this entry. We were particularly inspired by the strength of the floor plans and sections, by simple lines and curves that were to become actual buildings - or were meant to stay speculative spatial ideas.

The resulting jewellery collection follows the idea of clear lines and pure geometry.
