SAY HELLO TO
'DIFFERENT STROKES, DIFFERENT PEOPLE'

We are very happy to finally launch our paint stroke collection on our website!

The project was developed early this year and already presented to the press
back at A/W 14 press days at our London PR agency - and finally it's here!

Born from a conversation about Van Gogh and Gerhard Richter during a train journey from Paris to London, we dreamt up a story of a painter who works with the materiality and texture of paint. We were interested in the actual materiality of paintings and how they could feel if they could be touched instead of only looked at. What if the colour of paintings were removed, what would we see? How would it feel? It was our starting point to experiment with the volume and texture of acrylic paint.

To create the silver casts, we used various paint brushes to apply different sizes and shapes of thick acrylic paint strokes onto paper. Once dried, moulds were taken directly from the textures created and the impressions were subsequently cast in solid silver pieces and then turned into little wearable pieces of art. Universally known painting tools and symbols such as brushes and palettes were furthermore used in the creation of the collection pieces.

Here is a litte video we made back then where you can see the process of the making of. Towards the end of the video you can also see our 3D modelling experiments, which were exhibited at the University of Applied Arts Vienna in April:

NEW WHISPER RING STYLES ADDED

YAY! We have added some more Whisper Ring styles!
Seeing how popular this ring style became, we decided to add some more options for you to choose from :)
If you want to go for the classic version take a look at our Whisper Ring in gold with white pearls (top row left).
For those of you with a tendency for a softer hue we would suggest the Whisper Ring in gold with pink pearls (top row right).

For a full on rosy cheek experience get your hands on the rose gold with pink pearls version (bottom row right) - or if you'd rather keep it a bit dark and edgy you might want to choose the Whisper Ring with peacock coloured pearls (bottom row left). Either way, there is one for each of you!

All pearls are cultured freshwater pearls with a lovely velvety hue. They are hand set and made in our studio especially for you!

PARIS FASHION WEEK

We have been back from Paris for a week now and finally got a minute to update our blog!
We just wanted to share with you some moments we captured on our INSTAGRAM for you to see.

Paris treated us wonderfully with lots of sunshine and beautiful people hanging out all over the city. We were happy to share our SS15 collections with a lot of new friends and future stockists and are pleased that the new pieces were received really well!
